1. How do I order?

First and foremost, you will need to choose your preferred model. If it is a customisable bath, basin or piece of furniture, you will also need to state your desired dimensions, tap positioning etc.

If the item you have ordered is customisable, you will then receive confirmation and a technical plan within 48 hours. If you are happy with the plan, you can notify us by email. Once the plans have been confirmed, production will begin. The entire production process typically takes 5 weeks.

If you have chosen a non-customisable product, the order is confirmed and you can pay immediately.

Once the product is complete, it is ready for shipping. You will receive an email with a tracking code and an estimated delivery date.

2. Can I customise my products?

Yes. The majority of our products are customisable. This includes customisable basins, bathtubs, shower trays, and pieces of furniture (please see question 1 about the order process). There are various components of a product that can be customised, such as the product size, number of bowls for washbasins and their position, material, and colour.

Please note that while many of our sinks, baths and other bathroom items can be customised, there are still some that cannot be modified. Please check each item’s product description to see whether a product is customisable or not.

3. How do I know my custom order has been accurately taken?

You will be able to check your chosen dimensions down to the centimetre in our easy-to-use drop-down menu. However, you will also receive a technical plan within 2 days of placing your order, which will outline the specifications you first stated. We will not initiate the production process until you are happy with the plan and sign off on it.

4. How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping throughout Europe and free shipping for the UK for all orders above 1000£ (40£ for orders below 300£ and 50£ for orders between 300£ and 1000£).

5. What is included in the order?

Your order will include everything you need for your basin, bath or piece of furniture to function; this includes: Basin/bath/furniture + support brackets (+ the Corian® Click Clack Basin Waste in our Corian® models)

6. Are siphons included in the package?

No. We do not include the siphon, however, our basins are compatible with all standard siphon types.

7. Is my order insured against damage?

Yes, most certainly. When you decide to place an order with us, it is insured against any damage that it could encounter en route to the final destination. Once your order arrives, it is important to thoroughly check your product in the presence of the carrier to ensure the item is damage free.

8. What is Corian®?

Corian® is an innovative material that is popular in modern bathroom design. It is also a versatile material that makes it easy to integrate bespoke features. You will have the opportunity to choose from an impressive range of shapes, sizes, style and colour, allowing for more creativity in your design.

Corian® is also known for its seamless integration, meaning you will be able to create a continuous surface, which incorporates the washbasin for example, without any seams. The seamless integration also means that the area will be more hygienic and easier to clean.

Additionally, Corian® has a nonporous solid surface, therefore with the right cleaning, there will be no mould or mildew growth.

9. How can you tell if a Corian® product is authentic?

DuPont only sells Corian® to authorised workshops that have permission to manipulate and transform the material. To ensure high quality, these workshops are regularly controlled and monitored.

All Corian® products carry a unique serial number to prove authenticity.

10. Is my basin under guarantee?

Yes, all Corian® items come with a 10-year guarantee by DuPont™ Corian®.

Our non- Corian® products also come with their own guarantees. These differ from product to product, therefore, we kindly ask you to read the individual product description for the guarantee information.
